Return Policy

If you should ever return an item, we ask that you include the shipping invoice and that you return the item in the jewelry box in which it was received. Please package all merchandise in a secure and reasonable fashion. Merchandise must be returned by the United States Postal Services Certified Priority Mail and insured by the USPS for the appropriate amount. Premiere Pearls is not responsible for items lost in transit.
